Initial reply

File inspection
If inspection is required, a suitable transfer method is agreed. Confidential files should not be sent with the first email.
Written scope
The deliverable, formatting, review level, price, timing and limitations are stated before acceptance.
Production
Work begins only after written acceptance and any required payment condition has been met.
Additional review is selected, not assumed.
Standard document production and additional human linguistic, subject-matter or regulated review are different scopes. The quotation identifies what is included.
A finished formatted document can be requested without purchasing reconstruction. Reconstruction is quoted separately only when the source condition requires it.
How pricing works.
The quotation reflects the language pair, text volume, deadline, file condition, formatting and selected review. There is no universal per-page rate. Scope and price are confirmed before work begins.
