Human review

A reviewer checks meaning, terminology, numbers and omissions.

Visual inspection

The rendered pages are compared with the source structure.

Controlled release

Corrections are closed before the final file is delivered.

Information handling

Confidential files are accepted only through the designated project channel after the assignment has been assessed. They must not be sent through an ordinary public form or an unapproved address.

  • Access limited to assigned production and review roles
  • Defined retention and deletion rules
  • Recorded file versions and release status
  • Incident procedure before enterprise intake
