Pricing and service levels

Price follows the required result.

There is no universal page rate for a clean digital file, a damaged scan, a dense table and a regulated technical document. Each quotation separates production complexity from the assurance level selected.

Three commercial layers.

The same production foundation can serve a routine multilingual document or a high-risk professional assignment. The client pays only for the level required.

Standard multilingual production

Translation into the required language, document reconstruction or adaptation, layout control and finished-PDF delivery. Human linguistic review is not implied.

Reviewed production

Standard production plus an agreed human linguistic or subject-matter review for the relevant content and language.

Controlled or regulated production

Named responsibilities, documented checks, terminology requirements, security conditions, traceability or other sector-specific controls agreed for the assignment.

Quotation factors

What changes the price.

  • Word volume and page count
  • Source and target languages or scripts
  • Born-digital file, flattened PDF, scan or image
  • Tables, forms, columns, graphics and repeated structures
  • Translation, reconstruction, adaptation or combined production
  • Deadline, assurance level and delivery requirements

Lower than the comparable market—not artificially fixed.

Signifidem is built to use a production-cost advantage to quote below comparable traditional workflows where the file is suitable. That does not mean every document receives the same price or that a difficult assignment is priced as a simple page.

A quotation states the agreed result, included operations, assurance level, delivery time and price before production begins.

Minimum order and repeated work.

A minimum order may apply because assessment, communication, payment and release create work independent of page count. Batches and repeatable document flows may receive different commercial terms after the document class and process are established.

Notarial certification, apostille, legalisation and public-authority fees remain separate.

Request a quotation based on the actual document.

Begin with a non-confidential description of the file, languages, page count, intended use and deadline.
