Keep selected elements
Retain approved logos, headers, page conventions or recurring components.
A new document can be produced from a reference PDF, supplied text or data and explicit instructions—even when the requested final version never existed before.
The request may combine retained elements, removed sections, replacement tables, new pages, translated labels and newly supplied content. The task is to construct one coherent finished document—not to place disconnected edits over the original PDF.
Retain approved logos, headers, page conventions or recurring components.
Insert authorised text, figures, tables or schedules supplied for the new version.
Delete material without leaving structural gaps or broken numbering.
Extend the document using the established design language.
Translate selected or complete content where the approved scope requires it.
Adapt sequence, hierarchy and page relationships to the new operational purpose.
The brief identifies what comes from the source, what comes from supplied content, what must be preserved and what may change. Unspecified matters may follow the source's design logic, but material production decisions require an agreed authority.
This makes the result traceable: source evidence, translated content, client instruction and approved production decisions remain distinguishable.
The evidence may include a reference PDF, an approved translation, spreadsheet data, images and written instructions. Acceptance depends on lawful use, clarity of authority and the ability to verify the final content.
The finished document need not be a clone of any single source. It must remain internally coherent, controlled against the agreed target specification and subject to any additional review included in the assignment.
Describe the source, retained elements, required changes, supplied content and final use. Confidential materials are requested only through an approved channel.
