Finished-document responsibility
The agreed deliverable is a complete reviewed document, not extracted text, a rough conversion or an unfinished layout.
Signifidem is a professional document-production service for work that begins with a difficult finished file and ends with an agreed, reviewed PDF ready for its intended use.
Translation, authorised editing, adaptation, reconstruction and page-level quality control are treated as parts of one production responsibility when the document requires them.
The service is source-independent in the commercial sense: lack of a usable production file does not automatically disqualify a document. It does not mean that every file can be accepted or reproduced reliably.
The agreed deliverable is a complete reviewed document, not extracted text, a rough conversion or an unfinished layout.
Source condition, language, structure, intended use and review requirements are assessed before commitment.
Editing and adaptation follow the client's lawful authority. Signatures, seals and authenticity features are not altered.
Content is reviewed within the agreed scope and every page is visually inspected before release.
