What files can Signifidem assess?
Finished PDFs, flattened files, scans, images and legacy documents. Feasibility depends on condition, complexity, language, subject matter and intended use.
Is translation the only service?
No. An assignment may require translation, editing, adaptation, reconstruction or a controlled combination of them.
Do you need the original editable file?
Not necessarily. Documents without a usable production source can be assessed, but not every file can be reconstructed reliably.
What does the client receive?
Normally, a completed and reviewed PDF prepared for the agreed use. Internal production structures and methods are not supplied.
How is the price determined?
By language pair, word and page count, source condition, layout complexity, subject matter, deadline and required review. Scope and price are confirmed after assessment.
Can you preserve tables and complex layouts?
They form part of the assessment and agreed result. A commitment is made only where the required output can be produced and checked reliably.
How should confidential files be sent?
Do not attach confidential material to the first enquiry. Begin with a non-sensitive description; an inspection channel is agreed after initial assessment.
Is notarisation included?
No. Notarial certification, apostille and public-authority authentication are separate services unless expressly agreed.
